Must reserve 4 - 5 business days in advance. 6 people is the minimum required, 8 people is the maximum. A credit card is required to guarantee the booking and will NOT be charged. The pig is a special order and we are reserving the slaughter, delivery and table. You may cancel within 4 days prior to the dinner without charge. If you arrive with less than six people you will be charged for 6 guests.
Swine Dinner $70 per person- Includes a market appetizer, the crispy glistening pig along with 3 market side dishes (greens, potatoes and vegetables) and chef’s choice of dessert. When the pig arrives the chef comes to the table and breaks the pig down off of the carcass. Guests may interact with the chef as he does this.
Hogs & Hops $80 per person- Each course paired with draught beer
Swine & Wine $90 per person- (each course paired with wine) –Swine Dinner paired with wine selected by Ralph Rubino, our General Manager and Sommelier.
