The Cookery was founded Chef David DiBari. We are a neighborhood restaurant dedicated to capturing the warmth of Italian comfort food while using sustainable products and keeping our prices modest.

We cook for people who care deeply about what they eat but aren’t inclined to make a big fuss about it. Our Family is the source of our inspiration along with a passion for food, wine and fun.

Comfortably located in Dobbs Ferry, one of Westchester’s quaintest and beautiful river towns The Cookery has embraced the positive energy exchanged from it’s local patrons and uses it to fuel the quest for great food and ceaseless creativity.
